I cannot register – system will not accept my details?

Please contact customer services via email at fulhamfctv@fulhamfc.com with information of the details that are not being accepted and the error message that they system is displaying.

I cannot register – my email address is already recognised?

Great! We already have your details, enter the password that you registered to access the site. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘forgotten’ password link and we will send you a mail with details on how to reset your password.

Which email address do I need to supply to register?

You should supply a valid email address. For those who have more than one email, remember which one has been used to access this service as it is important for communications regarding password resets and other technical issues you may be experiencing.

What is fulhamfctv?

Following two seasons of providing free to air video and commentary content, for the 2016/17 season the Club is launching a new and improved product that will feature more interviews and behind-the-scenes footage than ever before, along with the live match commentary and the extended highlights packages of all our games. There will also be a number of live events streamed throughout the season, including selected youth matches, google hangouts and press conferences.

How much is fulhamfctv?

The monthly cost, which is heavily subsidised by the Club compared to other pay products, is just £2.99 a month. That amount will then automatically be taken from your account every month, unless you contact the Club expressing your wish to cancel your subscription.

I have a one-month subscription but I wish to upgrade to six-months. How do I do this?

Email fulhamfctv@fulhamfc.com stating your desire to cancel your one-month subscription. We will then inform you when that current period is set to expire, at which point you can purchase a new six-month option through the website.

On what devices can I view fulhamfctv?

The new product will be accessible from fulhamfc.com and will be available on all versions of the mobile application and tablets, with live commentary accessible through your web browser. Match highlights, full matches, player previews and club features will be available to Fulham fans on the go.

How do I listen to live commentary?

Gentleman Jim’s live commentary is now only available to fulhamfctv subscribers. Once logged in, you can access it on desktop in the same way as before, via the Match Centre. The same applies when listening through your tablet. Commentary is not yet available through the official Fulham FC App, but you can listen via your phone if you access the Match Centre through your web browser. Please note, if you direct away from the Match Centre on your phone you will lose your feed to the live commentary.

What payment method can I use?

All major forms of debit and credit cards, bar American Express, are accepted.

My payment details have changed. How can I update this information?

Head to www.fulhamfc.com/fulhamfctv and sign in. Then click the Manage My Account link at the top of the page. Click the Payment Details tab and insert your new card info. Sign out after this.

Head back to the fulhamfctv homepage and hit Subscribe Today. This will ask you if you already have an account. Say yes and sign in with your details. You will then be redirected to a payment page with your updated card details. If these are correct then hit Continue, and you should be done.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription can be cancelled at any point. Please email fulhamfctv@fulhamfc.com with the subject header 'Cancel Subscription'.
