The highly-rated forward joined the Club in the summer of 2012 amid interest from a host of top-flight teams. George signed a professional contract with the Club in September 2012 that initially kept him at Craven Cottage until 30th June 2015.
For the former Milton Keynes Dons youngster was recognised as one of the Football League’s most exciting talents, having made his senior first-team debut for the club in the FA Cup. In finding the net in the same competition, he became the youngest-ever scorer within the FA Cup beyond the preliminary rounds.
The starlet - who is now a Wales international after qualifying to represent the nation through his mother - is explosive in the final third of the pitch, and with cool composure in front of the net, chipped in with 13 goals in all competitions in the 2012/13 campaign.
The following season was one that he will look back on fondly in later years, as he helped Fulham to the Final of the FA Youth Cup for the first time, before being rewarded with a call-up to the full Wales side for a friendly match against the Netherlands, following an injury to Gareth Bale.
After making 16 First Team appearances for Fulham in 2014/15, he re-joined MK Dons on a youth loan in February until the end of the season, only to suffer a rupture to his ACL which brought a premature end to his season.
On Friday 12th February, he joined Gillingham on a youth loan until the end of the season. And prior to the 2016/17 campaign he re-joined MK Dons on a temporary deal for the entire term, however was recalled to Fulham in January.
On his return Williams played for Peter Grant's Under-23s for the second half of the season, and had a hand in 17 goals in 17 appearances, scoring 15 goals and making two assists with an impressive 69% shooting accuracy in the PL2.
