We are seeking highly motivated customer service orientated individuals to join our friendly and professional Supporter Centre Team. Working as part of our established team you will play a key role in the Supporter Centre on a match-day and provide assistance to the Head of Ticketing with all supporter enquiries.
Based at our Craven Cottage stadium you will assist in all aspects of selling commercial products via telephone, online and from the Ticket Sales Counter.
You must have a proven track record of providing service excellence in a customer based role, including resolving customer queries constructively and professionally. Previous sales experience and experience within a call centre or other office environment is essential, as are excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
This position is based on an average seven hour working day on matchdays only.
