Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched during our Black Friday promotional period. 

Shipping times may vary during this period as we are exceptionally busy.

US SHIPPING UPDATE

Commercial goods sent to the United States are now subject to increased customs fees, based on a percentage criteria set by the US administration on each individual country. These are relevant to the country of origin of the product and not the country of despatch. The US has also implemented additional tariffs on certain industries from specific countries which are added in excess. e.g. Our 2025/26 Replica Kit and Training wear, which is made In Cambodia, will incur tariffs based on the item being 'a fabric garment produced in Cambodia'.

We are not responsible for the calculation of the fee and due to the instability and nature of these tariffs, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much each specific item will be charged.

Customers in the US will likely receive an email from a third party company requesting payment for the customs fees. They will then have a maximum of five days to pay this fee or the order may be sent back to us. Please ensure the request for payment is related to an existing order and be vigilant as there are scammers in operation who may send emails pretending to be an existing company requesting customs/postage fees. We hold no responsibility for any money that may be lost in this manner.

UK SHIPPING

Turnaround on deliveries may differ from the projected timescale for the following reasons:

• Personalised kit items may require additional time to be dispatched during busy periods.
• Pre-ordered products will be dispatched on the date specified on the products page.
• Orders containing pre-ordered items will be dispatched once all the items are in stock.
• Personalised items bought from a third-party company may require additional time to dispatch due to shipping policies within the specified company.

PLEASE NOTE: Postage will not be refunded if you require an exchange or refund.

PERSONALISED SHIRT PRINTING

Please allow an additional 7 working days for all orders placed with personalisation on Home, Away, Third and Goalkeeper kits to be dispatched. This includes personal names, player names, short personalisation and sleeve patches.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched via UPS.

Customs fees: Please note that Fulham FC take no responsibility for customs charges or for any delays in receiving your goods due to intervention by customs.

Customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Fulham FC have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; our advice would be to contact your local customs office for further detail. 

REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched via UPS.

Please note that Fulham FC currently do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, Israel or Gaza.

Fulham FC do not ship to PO Box addresses.


UNDELIVERED ITEMS

Fulham FC aim to deliver all our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If Fulham FC do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 15 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. Fulham FC will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 15 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Fulham FC will not be held liable if incorrect address information is entered by the purchaser upon checkout. Please ensure all details are correct at time of purchase.

BANK HOLIDAYS AND WEEKEND SHIPPING

Please note that bank holidays are not included as a working day.

Fulham FC do not deliver on Saturdays, therefore any orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered the next working day.
