Free Shipping over £100 applies to Standard UK delivery ONLY. If placing an order on a 1-2 day delivery service the charge will be £8.95.

International Shipping - Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.

PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses.
Parcel weight dictates how many parcels are sent (over 1.99kg will be sent in 2 parcels as Royal mail have policies in place with regards to overseas deliveries over 2kg and will be returned to sender).
If your order is placed by Thursday 3pm, we will aim to deliver to the Store by 1pm on the Friday.
We will send you an email to inform you that your order is ready to be collected.
When you collect your order, we require a copy of your order confirmation either printed or on mobile.
To return an item, please include the merchandise with a cover note stating the invoice number, address details and if you require a return or an exchange. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed. Please note - all returns are paid for by the customer as we do not offer a free returns postage.
NOTE: We are unable to refund or exchange any personalised shirt once it has been printed with a players name and number. This still applies in the event of a player leaving the football club and/or his number changing. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the garment is faulty

Dispatching of Orders: Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
Cut off time - In order for us to prepare the daily orders for dispatch, we will close off the picking of orders at 4pm daily. Any orders placed after this time, will be rolled over to the following morning for dispatching.
Please note:- The delivery service chosen for all UK orders will be used at the point of dispatch.

Royal Mail services are an estimated time of delivery and are not guaranteed.
Undelivered Items
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 15 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 15 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
Please note:- we will not be held liable if incorrect address information is entered by the purchaser upon checkout process as Royal Mail will not deliver goods to incorrect addresses. Please ensure all details are correct at time of purchase.
Pre-Orders
Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website. If other items are within your order, these will be held until your full order is available so we may send all items at once.
Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
Shirt Printing - Shirts requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an EXTRA SEVEN to TEN DAYS before they are ready to be dispatched. Please refer to the printing disclaimer with regards to all terms and conditions of sale.
Non-Shippable Addresses - For contractual reasons, we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is among those addresses, we will contact you and cancel your order.
